PARKING LOT RULES (Click here)

VERY IMPORTANT

Property Rules ( Strictly Enforced )

  • 1) No improperly parked vehicles and double parking
    • Parking over the divider line created by the parking lot owner is prohibited.
    • Be mindful and respectful of others by only taking up one parking space per vehicle. The terminology we use for this violation is Double Parking.

  • 2) No trespassing on private property
    • Many retail properties do not allow people to park and then leave their vehicles in their parking lots unless they are active patrons of the shops or businesses attached to that lot.
    • You can avoid being booted by taking your vehicle with you if you decide to visit a different business across the street or not associated with the parking lot.

  • 3) Parking Permits must be visible
    • Permits must be 100% visible at all ties from the front windshield in order to avoid booting or towing.
    • Always double check your permit placement to ensure that it is visible while standing in front of your car.
    • Permits behind tint: Always avoid placing any permit behind any tinted portion of your window as this will obstruct the visibility and may result in being immobilized.

  • 4) Registering your vehicle with a parking app
    • ALWAYS double check your plate details. Entering a single number or letter incorrectly may lead to your car being booted.
    • PARKMOBILE- “What if I typed in the wrong plate #?
      • It is very important to review all of your parking details before activating your parking transaction.
      • Parking transactions can’t be adjusted once started, as no parking operator allows us to have that functionality.
      • Should you start a transaction on the wrong license plate, you will need to immediately start another transaction with the correct license plate number and then reach out to the parking app company you have used to register your car for a refund. Our technicians use the license plate number of the vehicle parked to view your parking payment.

  • 5) Visitor parking section rules
    • Residents should avoid parking their cars in the designated visitor section of any community due to the limited spaces available.
    • Please respect your neighbors by allowing their guests to always have a place to park.
    • Residents should always park behind any gated entrances.

  • 6) No curb parking
    • Avoid designated No parking zones by parking in marked stalls only.

7) Future resident parking spaces

  • These spaces are for the exclusive use for those visiting the management offices only during business hours.
  • Resident and guests may only park here after business hours or while inside the office conducting business with the management staff.

  • 8) Fire lanes and loading zones.
    • No parking is allowed in any fire lanes or designated no-parking zones. These are not to be treated as “loading zones”, unless there is a sign that specifically states a loading time limit.
    • Food delivery drivers (Uber eats, Door dash, Grub hub, Instacart, etc) must park in an appropriate parking space. They are encouraged to leave their emergency lights flashing do avoid being immobilized or ticketed.
      • Our staff is trained to provide a 20 minute grace period for delivery drivers when they have their flashers on.

  • 9) Handicap spaces
    • Georgia Handicap Law
      • These spaces are reserved for individuals that are using a vehicle with a current (non-expired) hangtag or approved ADA or disabled veteran license plate.
      • Hangtags must be 100% visible from the front dashboard at all times and must be issued in the name of either the driver or a passenger that is being picked up or dropped off.
      • Hangtags are not allowed to be hidden behind any tinted portion of the front windshield, so as to obstruct the expiration date.

  • 10) Reserved spaces
    • Only vehicles that have advanced approval from the leasing office may park in any designated reserve spaces.

  • 11) Vehicle plate registrations must be current
